Google Workspace · Pricing

Google Workspace pricing in Singapore.

The current business plans, in Singapore dollars, straight from Google’s own published rates. No sign-up wall, no “contact us for pricing” games — just what a seat costs, so you can budget before you talk to anyone.

Prices checked 23 July 2026 against Google’s Singapore pricing page. Google adjusts rates from time to time — we quote the current figure when you ask. Larger teams that need S/MIME, data-loss prevention or in-domain live streaming want the Enterprise tier, which Google prices on request; we can scope that with you.

What Gemini added

The AI is now in the price, not an add-on.

As of the March 2025 pricing change, Gemini AI is built into every business plan rather than sold as a separate S$28-a-seat extra. That is the main thing your monthly figure now buys that it did not in 2024 — the summarising, drafting and “help me write” tools sitting inside Gmail, Docs and Meet.

Whether that is worth it depends on your team. If people mostly use Workspace for email and shared documents, much of the AI may go unused at first — worth knowing before you assume the higher tier pays for itself. We will give you a straight read on which plan actually fits how your business works, not just the one with the longest feature list.

Price history

How the price got here.

Google raised business plan prices by roughly 17.5% in March 2025, citing the inclusion of Gemini AI across all tiers. For context, here is the annual-commitment rate before and after that change.

Plan (annual, per user/mo) Before Mar 2025 Current
Business Starter S$8.00 S$9.40
Business Standard S$16.00 S$18.80
Business Plus S$25.00 S$29.40

For a 10-person team on Business Starter, the 2025 change added about S$168 a year. Monthly-commitment pricing sits roughly 20% above these annual figures (Starter S$11.28, Standard S$22.56, Plus S$35.28 at the time of the change). Education and Nonprofits plans were not affected.

Common questions

Pricing, answered plainly.

Is it cheaper to buy directly from Google?

The seat price is the same. What you get through us is the setup, migration and ongoing admin bundled in with a real person who knows your systems — the part that costs you time and downtime if it goes wrong.

Annual or monthly commitment — which should I pick?

Annual is around 20% cheaper per seat and suits stable headcounts. Monthly commitment costs more but lets you scale up and down freely. We help you pick based on how your team actually changes through the year.

Do I need the 2 TB Standard plan for storage?

Maybe. Starter’s 30 GB per user fills quickly for some businesses, and the next step up is a large jump to 2 TB. A useful tactic is putting heavy users on Standard and the rest on Starter, rather than upgrading everyone. We will look at your usage first.

Can you move us from Microsoft 365?

Yes. We migrate mail, contacts and calendars from Microsoft 365, POP/IMAP hosts or older Gmail setups, and plan the changeover so nothing drops. See the Google Workspace page for the full setup and migration service.

Are these prices before GST?

Yes, the figures above are Google’s published Singapore rates before GST. We quote the current all-in figure when you ask.
